Armen Baiburdian Appointed Ambassador to India

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian issued a decree on March 28 relieving Armen Baiburdian of his post of Deputy Foreign Minister.

By order of another presidential decree Armen Baiburdian was appointed Armenia’s ambassador to India.
