MOSCOW (Armenpress)–Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a greeting message to the participants and guests of the 2nd special session of the Union of Russian Armenia’s.
Putin’s message read: "The spiritual–mental and practical potential of the Armenian people has been bringing its contribution to the development of our common homeland. We highly appreciate your assistance to the development of the Russian economy–science and culture–democracy–inter-nation peace and social accord.
"I’m sure that the work of the congress will be efficient and will play an important role in the further development of traditional friendly relations between Armenia and Russian Federation and in making the relations between the nations of the two countries closer and deeper."
