STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–Fund-raising efforts continue in the Mountainous Karabagh Republic (MKR( to support the strategically vital "North-South" highway there. About 30 million Armenian drams ($51,000) have been collected so far. According to the government’s information office–over 37,000 MKR citizens have participated so far; the fundraising is organized by the Union of Businessmen of Nagorno Karabakh–an affiliate of the Armenia "Hayastan" Pan-Armenian Fund.
