
YEREVAN (Yerkir)–The Armenian Youth Federation of Armenia Wednesday unveiled an exhibition of photographs dedicated to the 116th anniversary of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation at the Moscow Theater in Yerevan. A similar exhibit opened in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The organizers said the purpose of the exhibit was a photographic journey of ARF’s activities in Armenian, Karabakh and the Diaspora. The exhibit will be open to the public until December 25. In Plovdiv, the ARF’s anniversary was marked Saturday with the unveiling of a similar exhibit at the city famed cultural center. The photographic exhibit chronicled the work of the ARF and the Armenian community in Bulgaria. The ARF Bulgaria regional chairman Sahag Chakelian said efforts were underway to garner recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the Bulgarian parliament.
