ANTELIAS, Lebanon–Thousands of faithful flocked Saturday to the Monastery at the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia, where His Holiness Catholicos Aram I officiated the ceremony of blessing of Holy Chrism (Muron), which takes place every seven years.
On a stage at the entrance of the monastery, Catholicos Aram I began the Holy Chrism blessing ceremony, which was attended by representatives from all Prelacies, as well as representatives from the Holy See of Etchmiadzin and the patriarchates of Istanbul and Jerusalem.
Also present were representatives of other Christian denominations and communities working in Lebanon.
