YEREVAN (Yerkir Media)–A day before the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan discussed the Karabakh conflict in Russia, ARF Supreme Body of Armenia Chairman Armen Rustamian spoke to reporters in Yerevan about the OSCE Minsk Groups efforts to “enforce peace” and the ongoing debate in Armenia’s National Assembly over a bill that recognizes the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic’s independence.
