PASADENA—Following the success of last year’s exhibition, Hamazkayin’s Pasadena “Shahan Shahnour” Chapter will host its second annual Art Exhibition on Thursday, June 21st. The event will feature Armenian artists from the greater Los Angeles area who have volunteered to showcase their work and share it with the community. Artwork will be on sale with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Hamazkayin Pasadena chapter. Wine and beer will be available (+21) along with light refreshments. This event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Pasadena Armenian Center, located at 2242 East Foothill Boulevard, Pasadena 91107 from 7:30 p.m. to midnight.
The organizing committee hopes a large number of community members will join this unique opportunity to enjoy some art, wine and good conversation. Please spread the word and encourage friends and family to attend this event to support talented Armenian artists and Hamazkayin in its efforts to promote arts and culture within the Armenian community.
Hamazkayin aims to preserve Armenian national identity and cultural traditions in people living outside its homeland. Pasadena’s “Shahan Shahnour” Chapter was founded in 1985. You may contact the chapter at hamazkayinpasadena@gmail.com.
