YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The deadline for bids to be made for privatization of Ani and Dvin hotels through an international tender expired on Oct. 30.
The same day the government commission unsealed envelopes with proposals.
The Prime Minister’s press service reported that the submitted bids mostly correspond to the requiremen’s of the tender. Next week the commission will discuss the proposals with Merill Lynch International company–following which talks with companies which submitted their bids will begin.
Bids for purchase of the two Yerevan hotels came both from Armenia and abroad.
