NEW YORK–On the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, the Socialist International Executive Council, which took part in the assembly with observer status, held its session, with the participation of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation representative Maria Titizian, who was elected a vice-president during its international convention this summer.
Titizian addressed the council with a briefing on the situation in the Caucasus, with a special emphasis placed on upcoming challenges.
