YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Moushegh Mikaelian–Editor-in-Chief of Yerkir daily newspaper–the official organ of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation–reported that the newspaper will begin production in April–but not on April 1 as has been reported by unofficial sources.
The newspaper was shut down immediately following the now infamous Dec. 28–1994 decree by then president Levon Ter-Petrosyan–suspending the activities of the ARF in Armenia.
