BAKU (Azg/Noyan Tapan)–The ISR Holding Group has made clear plans to convert the Armenian Church in Baku into a business center.
The Azeri AND-press agency reported that the architecture department of the Baku City Council approved the reconstruction project. However–the project needs the approval of the government before reconstruction begins. ISR already began work on a hotel near the anticipated Business Center.
