YEREVAN (Yerkir)–President Robert Kocharian presented a prize Friday to German author Edgar Hilsenrat for his significant contribution to the process of Armenian genocide recognition.
The prize–awarded by a presidential decree on April 15–is for Hilsenrat’s novel "The Tale of the Last Thought."
