YEREVAN (Armenpress)—A friendly match between Armenia’s and Belarus’ under-17 teams Thursday ended in a win for the Armenians. Playing in Yerevan, the Armenian U-17 team gained an advantage after a goal by Karen Melkonian in the 23rd minute. Krasimir Kapav of Belarus scored the equalizer in the 54th minute, but it was Abraham Portugalian who scored the winner in the 59th minute. Armenia won 2 – 1.
