STEPANAKERT (Aparaj)—The results of the National Artsakh Lottery were announced during the official drawing on Saturday.

The lottery was introduced this past summer, with 300,000 tickets in circulation and sold world wide.
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghanbegyan, who headed the effort, said the proceeds from the lottery will go toward resettlement and other infrastructure strengthening effort in Artsakh.
