YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenian Foreign Minister Alexander Arzoumanian met with his Karabakh counterpart Arkady Ghoukassian Tuesday to discuss the current stage of the Karabakh peace process–as well as problems related to the forthcoming OSCE Minsk group Co-Chairmen’s tour to the region–Armenia’s Foreign Ministry reported.
