YEREVAN (Azg daily/Noyan Tapan)–Exchange of Armenian and Azeri POW’s–planned for the end of last week–have been postponed to this week.
According to the agreement–Azerbaijan was to free 12 prisoners in exchange for four prisoners to be freed by Nagorno-Karabakh.
Nevertheless–according to preliminary information–Azerbaijan will only free five civilians next week.
