STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The executive bodyof the National Assembly of Karabakh held a special meeting to discuss issues related to the tenth anniversary of the Karabakh liberation movement–Monday.
It was decided at the meeting that the Friday session of the National Assembly will address its official statement on the liberation movement–as well as make public the decision on the bill suggesting amnesty be offered to imprisoned military officers.
