Charges Yet to be Brought Against Alleged Ararat Felons

YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Four people have been arrested without charge in connection with the incident at Ararat which left two Vazgen Manoukian campaign staff members hospitalized. Those arrested have yet to be identified by the victims.
