YEREVAN–Upon presidential decision–on Monday January 8–the department of territorial administration and coordinating town planning was divided and ARF member Davit Lokian was appointed the new construction and town planning minister.
According to Armenpress–head of the aforementioned ministry–Hovig Aprahamian will most likely be appointed the territorial administration coordinator. It is also expected that Transportation and Communication Minister Yervant Zakharian be replaced by the present state property governing vice-minister Edward Madatian. It is likely that Madatian’s former post will be assigned to Manuel Yeganian from the same ministry’s personnel.
