Born on January 16, 1948, Yaffa, Palestine
Mardig Chanchanian, beloved brother, uncle and relative, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 1 p.m. at St. Paul Armenian Apostolic Church, located at 3767 N. First Street, Fresno, CA 93726. Interment will follow at Masis-Ararat Armenian Cemetery, located at 250 N. Hughes Avenue, Fresno CA 93706.
He is survived by all Chanchanian, Pamboukian, Hanamura, Enemark, Yacoubian, Madatyan and Kerzezian families, relatives and friends.
A memorial lunch will follow at the “Garo & Alice Gureghian” Armenian Cultural Center, located at 2348 Cesar Chavez Blvd., Fresno, CA 93721.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Forty Days of Mousa Dagh (P.O. Box 26625, Fresno CA 93729). All proceeds will be forwarded to the Lebanese Red Cross “Aghtamar” branch in Ainjar, Lebanon.
