YEREVAN (Azg daily/RFE)–The interparliamentary assembly of the European Council Tuesday addressed various conflicts in the Transcaucasus. The European Council prepared a report about the existing situation and proposals on resolutions for the Karabakh and Abkhazia conflicts.
The authors propose that both conflicts should be resolved based on the principle of inviolability of borders–security guarantees–provision of autonomy to Nagorno-Karabakh and Abkhazia–as well as allowing refugees to return home.
