YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Following the recent agreement reached by the Association on Real Estate in Armenia and the American IRUM Inc.–real estate firm–an AREA office is to open in the United States to assist Americans–particularly those of Armenian origin–in purchasing real estate in Armenia.
The AREA chairman–Gagik Poghosian–told Noyan Tapan that the office was going to disseminate information about Armenia’s real estate market in the United States–as well as information about apartment prices in Yerevan. With that purpose the local television will occasionally broadcast programs. It is also planned to publish and distribute bulletins.
Besides the spreading of relevant information–IRUM Inc. will be attending to deals concerning purchase and sale of real estate for those Americans interested in purchasing.
