STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–Ousted Karabakh prime minister Jirayr Poghosian was arrested Friday by the Karabakh police force and according to existing Karabakh laws.
Per the Karabakh criminal code–the state has three days to indict a prisoner. The deadline was Monday–July 12 at 6 p.m.
After indictment–the method of detention of suspect is determined by the court.
This information was conveyed through the Karabakh presidential office–per an announcement by Karabakh prosecutor general Mavrik Ghoukassian.
