YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–In its Thursday session–Prime Minister Armen Darbinian’s cabinet appointed Armenian Revolutionary Federation Executive Council of Armenia member Hrair Garabedian Governor of Arakadzodn–reported the prime minister’s press service.
Garabedian was born in Yerevan in 1963–and holds a degree from the Yerevan Khachadour Apovian School of Education. He has been a member of the ARF since 1989–and a member of the ARF Executive council of Armenia’since 1996.
