YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Armenia’s Central Electoral Council Tuesday officially registered Rouben Hovsepian as a member of parliament and the ninth person in the Armenian Revolutionary Federation parliamentary bloc.
Hovsepian replaced Rouben Hakopian who was appointed Armenia’s Consul General to St. Petersburg.
