YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghoukassian who is currently visiting Armenia handed relatives of 15 fallen volunteers of the Shengavit battalion of Yerevan orders of "Combat Cross" of the second degree.
Handing the orders–Ghoukassian said that the Karabakh people will always remember the fallen heroes and stressed that the liberation of Artsakh became possible due to efforts of all Armenia’s–faithful sons of Artsakh–Armenia and Diaspora.
