YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)-Russia and Azerbaijan can make $200 million annually if a railway line through Karabakh is opened–Russian Minister for Cooperation with the Commonwealth of Independent States–Amman Tuliyev–said on Friday.
According to him–opening the new railway to Iran via Nagorno-Karabakh will enable Russia to establish numerous projects with the Transcaucasian states.
Tuliyev proposed to allocate a loan for 300 billion rubles for this purpose.
