YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The OSCE delegation headed by Co-chairmen to the Minsk Group Yuri Yukalov of Russia–George Vonier of France and Linn Pasko from the United States arrived in Stepanakert Friday.
The delegation–which also includes Cochairman to the OSCE Minsk Conference Valentin Lozinsky was received by Karabakh Acting President Leonard Petrossian. The sides discussed the various issues surrounding the peaceful settlement to the Karabakh conflict.
Karabakh officials handed delegation members a response to the package of proposals submitted by the co-chairmen of the Minsk Conference.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Karabakh Arkady Ghukassian and Defense Minister Samvel Babayan.
