YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Armenia’s president Robert Kocharian issued a decree Friday appointing Artashes Tumanian chief of his personnel.
Before taking assuming his new position–Artashes Tumanian was first deputy foreign minister.
Kocharian signed another decree Thursday appointing Colonel Tigran Gasparian Chief of the Rear Services Department of the Ministry of Defense.
