YEREVAN (Yerevan News Agency)–President Robert Kocharian issued a decree Monday appointing Souren Haroutunian as permanent and plenipotentiary representative to the CIS and ambassador to Belarus.
Kocharian also issued a decree appointing Sevda Sevanian as ambassador to Bulgaria.
