YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian met with mass media leaders on Wednesday. Kocharian assured those present that the tradition of holding similar meetings–which began when he was Prime Minister–will be continued in the future.
During the one-and-a-half hour meeting–the president gave a detailed explanation of foreign-policy trends–in particular–Armenia’s approach to the Karabakh settlement. He also addressed the general economic situation in Armenia–and the main principles of personnel appointmen’s.
Thereafter–Kocharian answered questions posed by mass media representatives.
