LA CRESCENTA—The 3rd Annual Armenian Korean Festival is slated for Saturday October 11 at the Crescenta Valley High School Quad and promises to be a fun filled day for families and children of all ages.
The organizing committee is pleased to announce, that the CV Latino Community will also take part in this year, making this festival an exceptional Celebration of Cultures, Community and Heritage. Music, talents, choirs, performing arts and culinary feasts and traditions will once again come together this fall for an extraordinary outdoor event
The festival symbolizes a day of harmony and celebration of all cultures and the significance of intercultural engagement and diversity, which is so essential to our society today.
The organizing committee is comprised of members from Armenian, Korean and Latino communities, many of whom are veteran event planners with years of experience in organizing fairs, festivals, dances, fund raisers and extraordinary cultural events.
‘We have a very exciting day planned for our community to enjoy,” said Dr. Carmen Cllanian, Co-Chair of the organizing committee. ‘There will be children’s choir, dance performances, games, k-pop groups, salsa dancers, vendors and loads of delicious ethnic food.”
The Armenian Korean Cultural Festival is co-sponsored and organized by the Crescenta Valley Armenian American Community Center and the Korean American Federation of N. Los Angeles and is supported by local businesses, GUSD, The Crescenta Valley Town Council, and various non-profit organizations and youth student associations.
