STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–Nagorno-Karabakh Republic president Arkady Ghoukassian issued a decree Tuesday appointing Davit Ashoti Ohanian as the new national security chief of Karabakh.
Ohanian will replace the outgoing Aleksander Aghasarian.
