YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian signed a decree Wednesday setting up a commission (under his own leadership) to coordinate the activities of the state bodies aimed at promoting the fulfillment of the membership requiremen’s set to Armenia by the Council of Europe.
The commission includes Constitutional Court Chairman Gagik Haroutiunian–National Assembly Vice-Chairman Tigran Torossian–Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanian and Minister of Justice David Haroutiunian.
