MOSCOW-The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen were unable to bring the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Serzh Sarkisian and Ilham Aliyev, to the negotiating table to discuss the settlement in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, a diplomatic source from one of the Minsk Group delegations told Tass on Friday.
The source said “a next round scheduled for June 12 in Salzburg will not take place”. According to his forecasts, “it will be possible to speak about a meeting no earlier than at the end of summer – early in autumn.”
The OSCE Minsk Group that brings together Russia, the United States and France is a mediator in the conflict settlement. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have visited the OSCE headquarters in Vienna over the recent month, and details of the talks were possibly discussed there.
Presidents meetings are important,as long as the meetings are to understand each other.
Shat lav. Good. It is waste of time. Artsakh is independent already.
We need to talk about Naxichevan, the still occupied parts of Artsack, and we need to discuss Lower Karabagh which was part of Nagorno Karabagh but jerrymandered away.We need to discuss an Oil for Water treaty with Azerbaijian. Otherwise, we can build an aquaduct and sell ALL the water that now goes to Azerbaijian for free, to Iran. Let Azerbaijian dry and die. Let them drink Oil. Let them try to build an aquaduct and bring water from somewhere else. But from where. We own the Sarsang reservoir, and that is pretty much all their water sourse except rain. We need leaders with vision.

These 2 mendacious people,after long period of communications for so called peace & settlement of Artsakh people’s right, just created more extra problems after each negotiation, eventually they learned both of them
lying so right know they need break to plan new lies then make each other busy & amuse themselve.
The fact is absence of Artsakh representative to decide & stablish their own people destiny in fair & civilized
manner..
