NEWPORT BEACH—The Orange County Armenian Professional Society, in collaboration with the UCI Armenian Student Association has organized a “Career Day” to provide career advice and resources to Armenian- American college students, on Sunday, April 3 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the UCI Conference Center.
Experts in the fields of Architecture/Urban Planning, Business/Finance/Investment, Communications/Media/ Government Relations, Engineering /High Technology, Law, and Medicine will conduct a panel discussion, and provide valuable resources and advice to students on how best to pursue career opportunities in a variety of fields. The presentations will be followed by a question/answer session, small group and one-on-one consultations with the participants.
Armenian-American students in Orange County and the Greater Los Angeles areas are encouraged to take advantage of this unprecedented opportunity to interact with, and receive career advice from some of the highest caliber experts in a wide spectrum of professional fields. Directions to the Conference Center:
Building: Conference Center (Same building as the Student Center but has a separate entrance with Conference Center written on top of the entrance)
Room: Doheny Beach A ( Enter the Conference Center from Pereira). Building is located on Pereira off of West Peltason and it is the corner large building.
Parking: Student Center Parking lot is located on Pereira across the street from the Conference Center and Student Center. Cost is $8/day. Free parking is available at Campus Plaza near In & Out Burger with a short walk across Campus Road to West Peltason to enter the UCI campus. Walk straight to Pereira which is the next major street (Short walk) and turn left on Pereira. It is the first building on right.
CAMPUS ROAD/WEST PELTASON IS THE EASIEST AND CLOSEST ENTRANCE TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER BUILDING.
