MOSCOW (Armenpress)–President Vladimir Putin signed a law Saturday on the ratification of the Russian-Armenian treaty on the status of citizens of Russia who permanently live in Armenia and of citizens of Armenia who permanently reside in Russia.
The law was adopted by the State Duma on June 30.
