YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The first meeting of the secretaries of the CIS Security Councils was held in Moscow from September 28 to 29. Serge Sarkisian–Armenian Security Council Secretary and Minister of Defense attended the meeting–Defense Ministry officials said to Noyan Tapan.
