YEREVAN (Yerkir)–President Robert Kocharian on Thursday attended the opening of a new building at Yerevan’s Vazgen Sargsian Military Institute. The President–along with the Defense Minister–Deputy Defense Minister–and Commanders of the Institute–toured the new building that will house the Institute’s infantry department.
More than 1,000 cadets currently study in the Institute’s Infantry and Artillery departmen’s; 300 new cadets have enrolled for the coming year.
