YEREVAN (Armenpress)–Armenian Defense Minister Serzh Sarkisian last week admitted that weapons still exist in Armenia–taken hold in the years of military opposition with Azerbaijan.
Last year–the Armenian defense ministry announced monetary rewards–ranging from $20 – $150 for each voluntarily surrendered gun–rifle and other weapon.
Sarkisian said the process of voluntary arms handing over is going on and a significant amount of weapons have already been handed over.
