The Armenian National Committee-Political Action Committee announced last week that it had endorsed Mayor Sheldon Baker and Council member Mary Ann Plumley for Glendale City Council in the April 1 Municipal Elections.
Both incumbents have been long time friends of the Armenian-American community in Glendale while serving the city of Glendale as a city council member as well as mayor.
"We feel that Baker and Plumley are the right people for the job," stated Rafi Manoukian of the ANC-PAC.
"Both Mayor Baker and councilwoman Plumley have long been supportive of all ethnic minorities in Glendale and have worked tirelessly to combat discrimination in Glendale," added Manoukian.
