YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Karabakh is getting prepared for the September 2 presidential elections.
The Stepanakert city electoral commission was formed Wednesday and the Martuni and Mardakert regional electoral commission are to be formed today.
The formation of eight city (regional) electoral commissions is to be over on August 2 and the 171 precinct commissions will be completed by August 7.
Nomination of presidential candidates will start on August 5.
