YEREVAN (Azg/Noyan Tapan)–A governmental commission has been created in Stepanakert–to celebrate the sixth anniversary of declaration of independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on September 2. The commission is headed by Deputy Prime Minister Jirayr Poghosian.
