YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Karabakh presidential hopeful Arkady Ghoukassian met with war veterans on a campaign stop Thursday.
Introducing his election program–Ghoukassian particularly noted that Karabakh’s strategic goals will remain unchanged–and continuity of policy will be maintained.
According to him–it is necessary to move rapidly on several main directions and quickly solve problems that other nations have been solving for a number of years.
