YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Levon Ter-Petrosyan met with Interior and National Security Minister Serge Sargssian and Prosecutor General Henrik Khachatrian–Tuesday and Wednesday.
Ter-Petrosyan voiced his deep concern over the recent assassination bids on state officials–chief of the Presidential Bodyguard Roman Ghazarian–Commander of the Internal Forces Artsrun Margarian–and leader of the Avan community of Yerevan Rouben Hayrapetian.
Ter-Petrosyan ordered the Interior and National Security Ministry and the Prosecutor’s Office to thoroughly investigate the crimes–as soon–as possible and to prevent such acts in the future.
Ter-Petrosyan stressed that the government will concentrate its attention on this matter until it is solved.
