YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)– "Armenia’s proposals and position are not new–they are well-known–neither independence nor unification," said OSCE Minsk Group cochairman George Vosier of France talking to reporters after meeting with Armenian Foreign Ministry officials here.
In response to a remark of one of the reporters that Azerbaijan will except nothing but autonomy for Nagorno Karabakh–the French diplomat said: "We heard something different when we were in Baku."
