YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)– The Board of the Liberty Party (led by ex-prime minister Hrant Bagratian) held a meeting on December 25 during which it decided to offer amendmen’s to the draft election code. This code stipulates the participation of the population of Nagorno Karabakh in legislative elections in Armenia.
