YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Washington-based Community Liaison Office of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has been re-organized into a permanent mission in the United States–in accordance with an agreement with the US officials. Thus–current office director Tevan Poghossian was recalled to Stepanakert.
