YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Kromvel Grigorian–lawyer of Mushegh Movsissian–who is charged in connection with the October 27 case–appealed against a December 27 decision made by a Yerevan court. Under the decision the term of Movsissian’s arrest is extended. Talking to journalists January 11–Grigorian said that the court decision does not indicate the necessity for extending the term of arrest nor are any documen’s enclosed to the decision which substantiate such a necessity.
