YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The Department on Population’s Migration and Humanitarian Assistance of the Karabakh Ministry of Social Security is implementing a program in 2000-2003 to restore houses destroyed during hostilities. The restoration of houses of fallen soldiers’ families is expected to be accomplished already this year.
Also–there is a long-term program–under which the restoration of all the war-damaged houses in Karabakh will have been completed by 2010.
